The early registration period for IEEE VIS 2018 lasts until September 7, 2018. Afterwards the standard registration fees apply.

All registrations include the proceedings on a USB stick. In addition the full week conference fee includes the reception and banquet tickets.

Attendees should register online in advance and pay via credit card or wire transfer.

IEEE, ACM and ISCB all allow member discounted prices.

All cancellations requested in writing and received before September 20, 2018 will be refunded, minus the cancellation fee of €50. Special consideration for refund requests after this date will be done on a case-by-case basis.

Visa Assistance
