The BioVis Data Analysis and Redesign Contests provide challenging real-domain problems from the biological sciences to the Vis community, with the goal of catalyzing development of new analysis and representation paradigms for critically-underserved biological analysis domains, and fostering new collaborations between the biological and visualization sciences. This Meetup will debrief the 2013 entrants, giving them the opportunity to discuss and compare their entries, and also introduce the 2014 contest topic and provide an introduction to the 2014 data and biological domain.
